PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GLENN HICKS FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-547 <br />WHEREAS, Glenn Hicks has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately <br />4,052-square-foot single-story custom home and an approximately <br />748-square-foot attached garage and related site improvements to be located at <br />2528 Yolanda Court (Lot 1, Tract 7499); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development -Low Density <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 18, 2006, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental review for this project was undertaken with an Initial <br />Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration approved by the City Council for PUD-O1 <br />in conformance with the standards of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA); and there are no substantial changes to the project or to the <br />circumstances under which the project is being undertaken that involve new <br />significant environmental effects or that substantially increase the severity of <br />previously identified effects; furthermore, there is no new information of <br />substantial importance which was unknown at the time that the Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration was approved by the City Council regarding the project or <br />its effects, mitigation measures, or alternatives; and any previously identified <br />effects or impacts are mitigated to a level of insignificance with the mitigation <br />measures incorporated into the project's design or imposed on the project <br />pursuant to the conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />
