PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-51-A <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF GENERATIONS HEALTHCARE, INC. <br />FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-51 <br />WHEREAS, Generations Healthcare, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />rezoning of a 0.49-acre open area from P (Public and Institutional) District to <br />PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development -Medium Density Residential) District <br />and for development plan approval for atwo-lot single-family residential project <br />located at 300 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 13, 2006, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denied the Negative Declaration prepared for this <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission could not make the findings for the PUD development <br />plan and determined that the proposed rezoning and development plan were not <br />appropriate for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PUD-51, the application of Generations Health, Inc. for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) rezoning of a 0.49-acre open area from P (Public and <br />Institutional) District to PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development -Medium <br />Density Residential) District and for development plan approval for atwo-lot <br />single-family residential project located at 300 Neal Street. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
