PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-51 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF <br />GENERATIONS HEALTHCARE, INC., AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-51 <br />WHEREAS, Generations Healthcare, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />rezoning of a 0.49-acre open area from P (Public and Institutional) District to <br />PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development -Medium Density Residential) District <br />and for development plan approval for atwo-lot single-family residential project <br />located at 300 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated Apri121, <br />2006, and received the recommendation of staff; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 13, 2006, the Planning Commission received a <br />proposed Negative Declaration for Case PUD-51; and <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br />the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable State and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies the Negative Declaration prepared fox Case PUD-51, the application of <br />Generations Healthcare, Inc. for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of a <br />0.49-acre open area from P (Public and Institutional) District to PUD-MDR <br />(Planned Unit Development -Medium Density Residential) District and for <br />development plan approval for atwo-lot single-family residential project located <br />at 300 Neal Street. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
