CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-486 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, PARCEL MAP 4390, <br /> MORRICI PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Parcel <br /> Map 4390, Morrici Property, has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:460); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Parcel Map <br /> 4390, Morrici Property, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None N~N~TH <br />ATTEST: <br /> R.
