drainage facilities or add fill to any lot without the prior approval of the ADC. <br />In addition to approval from the ADC a permit from the City of Pleasanton must <br />be issued before any grading can begin. <br />c. The construction hours shall match PUD-54 Condition No. 38. <br />d. The Design Review Process section shall indicate that the homes are subject to <br />design review approval by the Planning Commission. <br />e. The guidelines shall state that building up lighting and wash lighting, excluding <br />low-level lighting for pathways and entryways, is prohibited. <br />£ The guidelines shall state that the photographs showing the architectural styles <br />of the homes are for illustrative purposes only and that the actual home designs <br />shown are not specifically approved. <br />Said modifications shall be incorporated into a final edition of the Architectural <br />Design Guidelines which shall be subject to the review and approval by the <br />Planning Director and shall be distributed to both the Planning Commission and <br />City Council. <br />16. The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the geotechnical <br />report entitled "Design-Level Geotechnical Investigation Windy Oaks Subdivision" <br />prepared by Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants and the supplemental peer review <br />and response letters. The project developer's geotechnical consultant shall review <br />and approve all foundation, retaining wall, and drainage geotechnical aspects of the <br />final development plans to ensure that the recommendations have been properly <br />incorporated into the development. The consultant shall certify by writing on the <br />plans or as otherwise acceptable to the Chief Building Official that the final <br />development plan is in conformance with the geotechnical report approved with the <br />project. <br />{end) <br />
