CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-480 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF TME CLAIM OF VIACOM INTERNATIONAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 9, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim for indemnity and apportionment filed on behalf of <br /> Viacom International, Inc. for damages incurred as a <br /> result of the automobile accident on July 23, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Viacom International, Inc. is hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~t/C~,,L,/ <br /> ABSTAIN: None ET/~R I. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> EN .
