PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-38 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF ALLEN ALDRICH, THEREBY UPHOLDING <br />THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN <br />REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PAP-96 (PADR-1552) <br />WHEREAS, Allen Aldrich has appealed the Zoning Administrator's approval of <br />Case PADR-1552, the application of Victor Easley for administrative design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 1,020-square-foot detached <br />single-story second dwelling unit in the rear of the existing residence located at <br />4767 Harrison Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-M-1,500 (Multiple-Family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 26, 2006, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature aze categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PAP-96, the appeal of Allen Aldrich, thereby upholding the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Case PADR-1552, the application of Victor Easley <br />for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />1,020-squaze-foot detached single-story second dwelling unit in the rear of the <br />existing residence located at 4767 Harrison Street, subject to the conditions shown <br />in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
