51. Building and silos plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built silos and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br />FIRE <br />52. The project developer shall meet all applicable fire and security requirements in Chapters <br />20.24 and 20.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />53. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br />all adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br />54. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br />55. Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire <br />protection facilities, including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water <br />supply and water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to <br />suppress a major fire. When alternate methods of fire protection are approved by the Fire <br />Chief, this requirement maybe waived or modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire <br />protection shall be submitted in writing to the Fire Chief prior to any framing <br />construction. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not begin until <br />approved by the Fire Chief. <br />56. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of 1.5 <br />cubic yards located within five feet (5' 0") of unprotected building openings, combustible <br />walls, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler <br />system. <br />ENGINEERING <br />57. The building permit plans shall accurately show all existing public improvements near <br />the subject development (i.e., street lights, street signs, utility vaults and boxes, bicycle <br />racks, benches, planter pots, street trees, etc.) and shall clearly indicate any proposed <br />modifications to the existing public improvements. Proposed modifications to the public <br />improvements shall be subject to review and approval by the City Engineer and Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />58. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br />59. The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer <br />prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site or City right-of--way. <br />
