PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2006-32 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF BARBARA YOUNG, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-44 <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Young has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of an <br />existing 2.91-acre parcel from Agriculture (A) District to Planned Unit <br />Development -Low Density Residential (PUD-LDR) District and for Parcel Map <br />approval to subdivide the existing lot into three parcels, measuring approximately <br />19,779 square feet, 50, 192 square feet, and 45,094 square feet, for three custom <br />homes at 11249 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated May 21, <br />2006, and received the recommendation of staff; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 28, 2006, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for Case PUD-44; and <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br />the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable State and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the site's wildlife. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-44, <br />the application of Barbaza Young for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning <br />of an existing 2.91-acre pazcel from Agriculture (A) District to Planned Unit <br />Development -Low Density Residential (PUD-LDR) District and fox Parcel Map <br />approval to subdivide the existing lot into three parcels, measuring approximately <br />19,779 squaze feet, 50, 192 square feet, and 45,094 square feet, for three custom <br />homes at 11249 Dublin Canyon Road. <br />
