CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-471 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH STONESON <br /> ASSOCIATES AND JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Purchase Agreement and <br /> Joint Escrow Instructions between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Stoneson Associates, regarding purchase of property <br /> for the Stoneridge drive/I-680 interchange project, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~EN'NETH MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~'D.'~acDoH~ld~~ Oit~ ATtorney <br /> <br /> <br />
