CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-470 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> URBAN HOUSING AND COMMUNITY BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (1988, <br /> 1989 AND 1990) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Alameda County, regarding <br /> participation in the Alameda County Urban Housing and <br /> Community Block Grant Program (1988, 1989 and 1990), a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Designates the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development as the City official to whom all notices and <br /> communications from the County shall be directed. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes ~NE~~H.MERC~Y <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE~NE <br /> OR <br />/q~ames R.
