the CDS software. The Police Department has established a very <br />methodical and logical plan to implement this software, and I believe <br />will be a very successful site for CDS. The fact that CDS is located <br />in Dublin will permit accessibility which is especially needed in the <br />conversion process. Another factor in CDS's favor is their <br />familiarity with State and County communication needs of a California <br />city. They know the State personnel as well as the Alameda County <br />data processing persons. This is a big plus over an out of state <br />vendor, where police management is so communications oriented. <br /> <br />In calling the references of the CDS Police Management System, I found <br />that each were satisfied with CDS, and had nothing but praise for the <br />CDS software.
