CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF A~MEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-468 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITM SPORTCARE TO PROVIDE <br /> A PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAM FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Sportcare, regarding <br /> administration of a Health care Physical Fitness <br /> Evaluation Program for the Fire Department, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> ABSTAIN: None //~~~j~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENN~.~H R.'MERCER, MAYOR~ <br />~~alk~Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
