CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-467 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5391, MOMR <br /> PARK, UNIT 2, SHEA HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5391, Mohr Park, Unit 2, Shea Homes, has been completed <br /> and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:463); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br />5391, Mohr Park, Unit 2, Shea Homes, are hereby <br />accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNET MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~ ~. ~acD6n~d C <br /> , Y <br /> <br /> <br />
