CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-463 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1987 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,826,976.12 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of October 20, 1987, a check <br /> register summary and Financial Report were presented to <br /> the City Council signifying expenditures for the month <br /> of September, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Claims for the month of September, 1987, in the total <br /> sum of $15,826,976.12 are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Financial Report dated September 30, 1987 has <br /> been reviewed and is hereby approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes /~~R~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None N/NE~T <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K N H R.
