PCUP-197, Walter Friedrich, Pump-It-Up <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a children's activity center to be <br />located at 530 Boulder Court. Zoning for the property is I-G-40,000 (General Industrial ) <br />District. <br />Action Recommended: Approval. <br />Action Taken: Approved per staff. <br />Vote: 5-0. <br />PAP-108, Dennis Long et al (PADR-1698, Scott Smith) <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of an application for administrative design <br />review to construct an approximately 64-square-foot first-floor addition to the left side <br />and an approximately 273-square-foot second-floor addition to the right side of the <br />existing residence located at 3496 Whitehall Court. Zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District. <br />Action Recommended: Deny the appeal, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's <br />approval. <br />Action Taken: Denied the appeal, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's <br />approval per staff, with the following modifications: <br />1. Modify Condition No. 3 to read as follows: "No design review <br />approval or building permits shall be extended. Should the design <br />review approval or building permit lapse, the additions shall be <br />removed/demolished by the owner, or a new design review <br />application will be required to be submitted to the City. If the <br />applicant fails to comply with the above, staff shall initiate the <br />nuisance abatement process per Section 9.28 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code." <br />2. Modify Condition No. 4 to include completion of all flat work within <br />60 days from the date of building permit issuance. <br />3.
