The four existing <br />second-floor windows above the garage will remain and be utilized for the new living <br />space; there will be no new windows or other exterior changes to the residence. <br />Approved. <br />PADR-1781, Joe Woltner/Landscape Technology, for Robert Gibbons <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />12-foot tall, 220-square-foot gazebo in the rear yard of the existing residence located at <br />1921 Armondo Court. <br />Approved. <br />PDR-661/PSDR-340, Brian Merfeld/RHL Design Group, Inc., for Chevron Service <br />Station <br />Application for: (1) design review approval to modify the existing facade at the Chevron <br />Service Station located at 1797 Santa Rita Road to reface and repaint the canopy fascia <br />and columns and reface the pump stations; and (2) for sign design review approval to <br />modify the logo and wordmark on the monument sign and canopy and to change the <br />color of the "Food Mart" letters from white to blue. <br />Approved. <br />
