RESOLUTION NO. 87-452 <br /> <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL FORM OF AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF A FACILITY LEASE (CAPITAL PROJECTS I AND II) AND <br />RATIFYING THE AMOUNTS OF THE BASE RENTAL PAYMENTS PAYABLE <br />THEREUNDER AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is a municipal <br />corporation and political subdivision of the State of <br />California (the "City"); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to reduce the costs of <br />construction, acquisition and financing of certain property for <br />various governmental purposes and such acquisition, <br />construction and financing constitute municipal affairs of the <br />City; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton Public Facilities <br />Corporation (the "Corporation") is a nonprofit corporation <br />formed to render financial assistance to the City by financing <br />the acquisition, construction, improvement and remodeling of <br />public buildings and facilities for the City; <br /> <br /> <br />
