APPENDIX A <br /> <br /> FEE STRUCTURE <br /> <br />The rate of commission for the City of Pleasanton for collection of Emergency <br />Response Costs, Delinquent Parking Citations, Damage to City Property, and <br />other city receivables will be 33.3% contingent upon collection for the period <br />of this Agreement. <br /> <br />If the City of Pleasanton sends prior notice(s) for collection or attempts to <br />collect prior to submitting the receivable to GC Services for collection, the <br />rate will be 35%. <br /> <br />Payment will be monthly in net dollars collected, unless otherwise stated. <br /> <br /> <br />
