PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY,M CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-60 <br />WHEREAS, Public Storage, Inc. has applied for development plan <br />approval to construct a three-building, approximately <br />25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an <br />approximately 1.2 acre site located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and <br />Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 25, 1988, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-88-1 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the development plan <br />is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of <br />the PUD Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-88-1, application of <br />Public Storage as herein described subject to the <br />conditions shown on Attachment "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 25TH DAY OF MAY 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Tarver <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 25, 1988 <br />
