PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-64 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />ERNEST AND CHARLOTTE JONES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-8 <br />WHEREAS, Ernest and Charlotte Jones have applied for development <br />plan approval for a three-lot single family residential <br />development to be located at 1605 Rose Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 8, 1988, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposal conforms to the zoning for the subject <br />site, and the and General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA as <br />it is a project of fewer than four lots. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-88-8, application of <br />Ernest and Charlotte Jones for development plan approval <br />for a three-lot single-family residential development to <br />be located at 1605 Rose Avenue subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 8, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern, Tarver, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 8, 1988 <br />
