EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING CGMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. PC-8867 <br />1. That the proposed use shall be operated in substantial <br />conformance with the description on file with the Planning <br />Department dated May 6, 1988. <br />2. That the applicant be aware that there is an approved <br />comprehensive signing program for the complex and that any <br />signing for the proposed use shall comply with that program. <br />3. That any items intended for the use of the retail outlet and <br />left on the exterior premises shall be removed immediately by <br />store personnel; during non-business hours, the applicant and <br />shopping center management shall utilize their best efforts <br />to remove any such items immediately from the exterior <br />premises. <br />4. That staff shall review the operations of the use within six <br />months of the commencement of operations to determine if <br />there are problems associated with the drop-off of articles <br />on the exterior premises, or any other aspects of the use, <br />and, if deemed necessary by the Planning Director, the use <br />permit shall be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review and appropriate action at that time. <br />5. That if the drop-off of donated items occurs on the exterior <br />premises, the use permit will be revoked. <br />
