Resolution No. PC-88-67 <br />Page 2 <br />6/8/88 <br />The proposed use should not adversely affect the <br />operations or uses of adjacent businesses. The <br />space has been used previously as a retail use <br />without conflicts. Improvements are in place and <br />the proposed use will require little or not <br />alterations to the site. A condition of approval <br />will include the best efforts of the applicant and <br />the shopping center management to remove any <br />articles left on the exterior premises and staff <br />will monitor the use during the first six months of <br />operations to determine if further Planning <br />Commissioner review is necessary. <br />C. The proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of the Zoning <br />ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with <br />all provisions and requirement of the zoning <br />ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the application proposes a <br />similar use utilizing existing facilities. Projects of <br />this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. p the application of Hope Hospice, Inc. for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a secondhand store to <br />be located at 3037 Hopyard Road subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
