PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-70 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-10-7M, <br />APPLICATION OF GREG ANDERSON <br />WHEREAS, Greg Anderson has applied for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan for a 28-unit residential <br />project to increase the size of the building envelope of <br />a specific parcel located at 6 Red Feather Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />That the proposed project is consistent with the goals <br />of the General Plan and PUD Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-82-10-7M, application <br />of Greg Anderson for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan for a 28-unit residential project to <br />increase the size of the building envelope of a specific <br />parcel located at 6 Red Feather Court subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF JUNE 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern, Tarver, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 8, 1988 <br />
