PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-73 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-43D, <br />THE APPLICATION OF SAMMIS COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Sammis Company has applied for design review approval to <br />construct an approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed office <br />and retail complex to be located on an approximately <br />13.1 acre site at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road <br />and Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that an environmental <br />impact report was prepared for the rezoning of the <br />Hacienda Business Park. A project of this type was <br />included within the scope of that EIR. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-43D, the <br />application of Sammis Company for design review approval <br />to construct an approximately 131,900 sq. ft. mixed <br />office and retail complex to be located on an <br />approximately 13.1 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption.. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF JUNE 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Mahern, Tarver and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
