June 13, 2007 <br />L~ ~S~4NTONo Item 6.a. <br />SUBJECT: PUD-33, Oak Grove Planned Unit Development <br />APPLICANT: James Tong, Charter Properties <br />PROPERTY Jennifer Lin, Frederic Lin, and Kevin Lin <br />OWNER: <br />PURPOSE: Consider the following and provide a recommendation to the City <br />Council to: <br />• Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Oak Grove <br />Planned Unit Development; <br />• Approve the PUD Development Plan to allow the development <br />of an approximately 562-acre property into 51 custom home <br />sites and designate the remaining 496-acres for permanent <br />open space; and, <br />• Approve the Development Agreement to vest the entitlements <br />covered by this application. <br />GENERAL Rural Density Residential (1 du/5 ac) - 489 acres, Public Health <br />PLAN: and Safety - 73 acres, and Urban Growth Boundary Line. <br />ZONING: PUD - RDR/OS (Planned Unit Development -Rural Density <br />Residential/Open Space) District. <br />LOCATION: 1400 Hearst Drive, near the present terminus of Hearst Drive, to <br />the south of Vintage Hills and Grey Eagle Estates, and to the east <br />of Kottinger Ranch. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
