EXHIBIT B-2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />CERTIFYING AS ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE THE FINAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE OAK GROVE <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-33 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting as lead agency under the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report for <br />the proposed project which was published on June 30, 2006 and provided proper legal <br />notice of document preparation and availability; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held noticed public hearings on June 13, <br />2007 and June 27, 2007 to accept oral comments on the Draft Environmental Impact <br />Report during the forty-five-day public review period, and the City also accepted and <br />responded to written comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report received from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect <br />to any environmental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an <br />interest in the proposed project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to <br />the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, <br />persons having special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved, <br />and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposed project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and <br />contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations <br />received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the City of <br />Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation <br />process; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 4, 2007 upon <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report and upon the completeness and adequacy of the <br />entire Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant environmental issues involved <br />in the event the proposed project is to be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the <br />material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for the project is adequate and complete. <br />
