Resolution No. PC-88-77 <br />June 22, 1988 - Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that projects of this <br />nature are exempt from the requirements of CEQA. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-22, application of Video Gallery <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a video rental <br />and sales store to be located at 1703 Santa Rita Road <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan, floor plan, and letter from <br />the applicant describing the use, Exhibit A (dated <br />May 24, 1988), on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the operation shall be confined to the video <br />store/gift shop operation. Any changes or <br />modifications to the use shall be subject to review <br />of the Planning Director. If the change is <br />determined to be substantial, then a new <br />application for a conditional use permit shall be <br />required. <br />3. That the applicant shall apply for and receive all <br />applicable City permits for the business prior to <br />operation. <br />Section 2.
