104. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />105. The haul route for all materials to and from this development and the individual <br />lots shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an <br />encroachment permit. <br />106. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area <br />of a dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City <br />Engineer shall be privately maintained by an HOA or GHAD to the satisfaction of <br />the City. <br />107. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />108. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and Zone 7, where applicable. The storm drainage <br />system shall connect to an approved point of discharge and shall meet any and <br />all applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - <br />Zone 7, the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, the <br />California Department of Fish and Game, and the requirements of this <br />development. <br />109. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, cable <br />television, and any required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a <br />joint utility trench approved by the City Engineer. <br />110. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property including the individual lots shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer at full expense to the project developer. This shall include slurry <br />seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />111. The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from <br />the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br />< End > <br />Page 37 of 37 <br />
