CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON g0-042799 <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-446 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A RIGHT OF WAY ALONG VALLEY TRAILS <br /> DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 6, 1987, the City Council received a staff <br /> report (SR 87:431) recommending the vacation of a <br /> portion of the public right of way along Valley Trails <br /> Drive, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the excess right-of-way is not required for street or <br /> pedestrian purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code and based upon the findings above establishing that <br /> the right-of-way is not required for pedestrian purposes <br /> pursuant to Section 8334 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code, the public right-of-way described in Exhibit "A" <br /> is hereby vacated. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> resolution of vacation to be recorded in the Office of <br /> the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> RECORDED at REQUEST OF <br /> Northwestern Title Co. ~ certify that the foregoing is a correct copy <br /> <br /> FEB 18 1990 Adopted by the City Council of the City or <br /> Pleasanton, Alaraeda County, California, <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RENE C.
