PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-78 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-81-30-35D-2M, <br />APPLICATION OF PACIFIC QUADRANT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Quadrant Development has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for an <br />approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex <br />to accommodate building and related site revisions to be <br />located at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />A. The proposed development conforms to the PUD <br />ordinance for the subject site. <br />B. The proposed development conforms to the General <br />Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR; <br />therefore, no further environmental documents need to be <br />considered at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-35D-2M, <br />application of Pacific Quadrant Development Company for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for an approximately <br />103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex to accommodate building <br />and related site revisions to be located at the northeast corner <br />of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />
