PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-79 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-82-10-8M, APPLICATION OF TOM <br />AND RANDIE BLACK <br />WHEREAS, Thomas and Randie Black have applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for a 28- <br />unit residential project to modify the configuration of <br />the approved building envelope of a specific parcel <br />located at 4 Red Feather Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed modification does not conform to the <br />approved PUD. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PUD-82-10-8M, application of Thomas and <br />Randie Black for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan for a 28-unit residential project to <br />modify the configuration of the~buildinq envelope of a <br />specific parcel located at 4 Red Feather Court. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Hoyt <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
