PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-81 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RZ-88-6, APPLICATION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br />Municipal Code to add daycare as a conditionally <br />permitted use in the CR(m) (Regional Commercial Mall) or <br />the CR(p) (Regional Commercial - Periphery) Districts; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-88-6, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Municipal Code to <br />add daycare as a conditionally permitted use in the <br />CR(m) (Regional Commercial Mall) or the CR(p) (Regional <br />Commercial - Periphery) Districts. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY, 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Hoyt <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
