PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-82 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-85-21-2M, APPLICATION OF <br />ROBERT CONNOLLY <br />WHEREAS, Robert Connolly has applied for a major modification to <br />an approved planned unit development for a nine-unit <br />residential project to change the building height <br />restriction form 16 feet to 25 feet for two lots of the <br />project located at 306 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development <br />- Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS,at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed changes would not conform to the approved <br />development plan and zoning governing its approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PUD-85-21-2M, the application of Robert <br />Connolly for a major modification to an approved planned <br />unit development for a nine-unit residential project to <br />change the building height restriction from 16 feet to <br />25 feet for two lots of the project located at 306 Neal <br />Street. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY, 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Hoyt <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
