PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-84 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-88-9 APPLICATION <br />OF LAKESHORE FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Lakeshore Financial has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />three-story, approximately 15,500 square foot office <br />building and related improvements to be located on an <br />approximately 1.2 acre site located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Old Dublin Canyon Road and <br />Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CC (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS,at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. Denies approval of Case PUD-88-9, the application of <br />Lakeshore Financial for Planned Unit Development <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a three- <br />story, approximately 15,500 square foot office building <br />and related improvements to be located on an <br />approximately 1.2 acre site located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Old Dublin Canyon Road and <br />Foothill Road. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become 15 days after its <br />and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY, 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Hoyt <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
