CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-444 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIMS OF BARBARA AND DAN BENFIELD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 18, 198Y, the City of Pleasanton received <br /> claims filed on behalf of Barbara Benfield and Dan <br /> Benfield for injuries incurred on August 13, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claims of Barbara Benfield and Dan Benfield are <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None K~ M.
