PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-88 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-15-2D, <br />APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND TIMM <br />DEVELOPMENT INC. <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction Company and Timm Development Inc. <br />(Golden Eagle Farms) have applied for final development <br />plan approval for an 80-lot, single-family development <br />on an approximately 262-acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road approximately 3,100 feet south of <br />the Bernal Avenue-Foothill Road Intersection; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 10, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that this proposal <br />conforms to the overall Planned Unit Development as <br />approved under Case PUD-85-15; and <br />WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared for the rezoning and conceptual <br />development plan for the subject property. <br />Architectural and site design as shown in this phase was <br />included within the scope of that EIR, therefore, this <br />application is not considered to be a new project under <br />the Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-15-2D, <br />application of Currin Construction Company and Timm <br />Development, Inc. for final development plan approval <br />for an 80-lot, single-family development on an <br />approximately 262- acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road approximately 3,100 feet south of the <br />Bernal Avenue-Foothill Road intersection subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
