PC-88-89 <br />8-10-88 <br />Page Two <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal <br />Code. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with all <br />requirements of the zoning ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are exempt from the requirements <br />of CEQA. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-32, application of Family Bible <br />Church for a conditional use permit to establish a <br />church facility to be located at 1020 Serpentine Lane <br />in Valley Business Park subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan, floor plan, and letter <br />from the applicant describing the use, Exhibit A <br />(Dated July 14, 1988), on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That if additional activities beyond those <br />described herein are desired, the applicant shall <br />apply for and receive Planning Department <br />approval. <br />3. That the applicant shall apply for and receive <br />all applicable City permits prior to operation of <br />the proposed use. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
