PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-90 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VESTED TENTATIVE TRACT 5801, THE <br />APPLICATION OF HARRY AND ROBERTA CALDWELL <br />WHEREAS, Harry and Roberta Caldwell have applied to subdivide <br />an approximately 2.0 and acre site into 13 parcels for <br />single-family residential use and one parcel for access <br />and open space uses to be located at 3745 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 10, 1988 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5801 <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5801 <br />to be consistent with the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved for the rezoning and <br />development plan affecting this site. Subdivision of <br />the property was included within the scope of the <br />environmental document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Harry and Roberta <br />Caldwell to subdivide (Vested Tentative Tract 5801) an <br />approximately 2.0 acre site into 13 parcels for single- <br />family residential use and one parcel for access and <br />open space uses to be located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue <br />subject to the conditions in Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
