PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-90 RESOLUTION APPROVING VESTED TENTATIVE TRACT 5801, THE APPLICATION OF HARRY AND ROBERTA CALDWELL WHEREAS, Harry and Roberta Caldwell have applied to subdivide an approximately 2.0 and acre site into 13 parcels for single-family residential use and one parcel for access and open space uses to be located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 10, 1988 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5801 to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5801 to be consistent with the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved for the rezoning and development plan affecting this site. Subdivision of the property was included within the scope of the environmental document. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Harry and Roberta Caldwell to subdivide (Vested Tentative Tract 5801) an approximately 2.0 acre site into 13 parcels for single- family residential use and one parcel for access and open space uses to be located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue subject to the conditions in Exhibit A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
