One mylar copy each of a 1"=100' scale map and a 1"=250' <br />scale map of the development showing the following: <br />(1) Street names and street addresses in addition to the <br />elements listed in item a. The street names and <br />addresses shall be readable at the 250 scale (1/8" min. <br />height letters at 250 scale). <br />(2) Fire hydrants <br />(3) Building envelope(s), driveways, and sidewalks for large <br />or non-standard lots. <br />c. The mylars submitted shall contain the following, where <br />applicable: <br />(1) Project name(s) <br />(2) Project number(s) <br />(3) North arrow <br />(4) Graphic scale <br />(5) A written scale showing the actual scale of the reduced <br />mylar copy <br />(6) Name, address, and telephone number of the firm and the <br />name of the individual contact that provided the mylar <br />copy. <br />That the applicant shall be responsible for its pro rata share as <br />determined by the City Engineer, of the necessary roadway <br />improvement to Bernal Avenue (Stanley Boulevard to Del Valle <br />Parkway and Kottinger Drive to Independence Drive). <br />That no access be allowed to Vineyard Avenue from Lot No. 1. <br />That Parcel "B" be merged with the existing Frank Riccio parcel <br />on Vineyard Avenue prior to recording of the final map. <br />That the sliver strip of land between Carnation Court and the <br />westerly boundary line be held as common area. <br />(tent5802.ec2) <br />- 6 - <br />
