PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-91 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VESTED TENTATIVE TRACT 5802, THE <br />APPLICATION OF SYLVIA RICCIO <br />WHEREAS, Sylvia Riccio has applied to subdivide an approximately <br />3.7 acre site into 24 parcels for single-family <br />residential use and two parcels for access and open <br />space uses to be located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 10, 1988 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5802 <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Tract Map 5802 <br />to be consistent with the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval. <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved for the rezoning and <br />development plan affecting this site. Subdivision of <br />the property was included within the scope of the <br />environmental document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Sylvia Riccio to <br />subdivide (Vested Tentative Tract 5802) an <br />approximately 3.7 acre site into 24 parcels for <br />single-family residential use and two parcels for <br />access and open space uses to be located at 3759 <br />Vineyard Avenue subject to the conditions in Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />
