Exhibit "A" <br />Resolution No. PC-88-99 <br />September 14, 1988 <br />1. That this use permit is for the establishment of a <br />car wash facility and gasoline pumping facilities, <br />as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant apply for and be issued all <br />required City permits prior to the commencement of <br />business. <br />3. That at no time shall the gift shop/customer <br />waiting area ever become more than just an inciden- <br />tal operation of the car wash facility unless <br />specifically permitted by the Planning Commis- <br />sion. <br />4. That at no time shall separate marketing and adver- <br /> tising be utilized to promote the gift shop as a <br /> separate commercial operation. <br />5. That there shall be no outside storage of wrecked <br /> or inoperative vehicles allowed on the site at any <br /> time. <br />6. That there shall be no outside display of commer- <br /> cial items (tires, wheels, wax, automotive accesso- <br /> ries, etc.) allowed at any time. <br />7. That this case is subject to approval of Case 2-88- <br /> 369 and all attached conditions. <br />8. That no pennants, banners, balloons or any other <br /> unauthorized attention-getting signs be utilized on <br /> the site at any time. <br />9. That at no time shall the sale of alcoholic <br /> beverages be allowed on site unless otherwise <br /> authorized by the Planning Commission. <br />
