Exhibit "A" Resolution No. PC-88-99 September 14, 1988 1. That this use permit is for the establishment of a car wash facility and gasoline pumping facilities, as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the applicant apply for and be issued all required City permits prior to the commencement of business. 3. That at no time shall the gift shop/customer waiting area ever become more than just an inciden- tal operation of the car wash facility unless specifically permitted by the Planning Commis- sion. 4. That at no time shall separate marketing and adver- tising be utilized to promote the gift shop as a separate commercial operation. 5. That there shall be no outside storage of wrecked or inoperative vehicles allowed on the site at any time. 6. That there shall be no outside display of commer- cial items (tires, wheels, wax, automotive accesso- ries, etc.) allowed at any time. 7. That this case is subject to approval of Case 2-88- 369 and all attached conditions. 8. That no pennants, banners, balloons or any other unauthorized attention-getting signs be utilized on the site at any time. 9. That at no time shall the sale of alcoholic beverages be allowed on site unless otherwise authorized by the Planning Commission.
