PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-101 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TRACT 5699 AS REQUESTED BY ROBERT CONNOLLY WHEREAS, Robert Connolly has applied for a one-year extension to record an approved tentative tract map to subdivide an approximately 2.4 acre site into nine parcels for single-family residential use, ranging in size from approximately 8,000 sq. ft. to approximately 21,000 sq. ft. located at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 14, 1988, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the rezoning and development plan approval for this site (PUD-85-21). This tentative tract map remains in conformance with that approved plan. The request for extension of the tentative tract map is not considered to be a new project under CEQA; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the subdivision is still appropriate as proposed inasmuch as it conforms to the PUD zoning designation and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the extension of Tract 5699, extending the expiration date of the map approval to October 8, 1989 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the tentative map on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development is subject to all conditions of approval for Case PUD-85-21. 3. That all structures shown on the tentative map to be removed shall be removed prior to the recordation of the final map.
