PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-103 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-88-8 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 27 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Case Avenue to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 28, 1988 received a proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-88-8; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 16, 1988 and received recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 28, 1988 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 27 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Case Avenue to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
