PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-104 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-88-8, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 27 acre parcel located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Case <br />Avenue to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District or <br />to any other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of September 28, 1988 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case RZ-88-8 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District to be consistent with the <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends prezoning an approximately 27 acre parcel <br />located at the southwest corner of the intersection of <br />Bernal Avenue and Case Avenue to the "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Mahern and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Hovingh and Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
