CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-442 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> REMODELING OF CITY HALL ANNEX AND EXISTING CIVIC CENTER <br /> BUILDING AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Community Development, by <br /> his report (SR 87:454), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for the <br /> remodeling of City Hall Annex and the Existing Civic <br /> Center Building and that said plans have been reviewed <br /> by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 6, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> remodeling of the City Hall Annex (school building) and <br /> the existing Civic Center Building. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the cal].ing of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
