PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-105 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-81-30-35D-4M, APPLICATION OF PACIFIC QUADRANT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Quadrant Development has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for an <br />approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex <br />to allow exterior building and site changes to <br />accommodate a restaurant use to be located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, <br />1988 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that, as conditioned, the <br />proposed building design would be appropriate for the <br />site. <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park and a project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR; <br />therefore, no further environmental documents need to be <br />considered at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case No. PUD-81-30-35D-4M as <br />herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />
