34. Tha developer/owner shall install <br />across the Foothill Road frontage <br />approved alignment study, as well <br />transitions, all to the satisfact <br />conjunction with improvements for <br />site. <br />public street improvements <br />of the site, as shown on the <br />as any required off-site <br />ion of the City Engineer, in <br />the first final map for the <br />35. The private entrance drive from Foothill Road shall provide <br />for a left and right turn onto Foothill Road and pedestrian <br />and bicycle access, in addition to the entrance lanes. <br />36. The developer/owner shall contribute $38,000 as its share of <br />the intersection improvements and traffic signal at the <br />intersection of Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue. Payment for <br />said improvements shall be made by the developer prior to the <br />filing of a final map on this site. <br />37. No blasting shall be allowed in conjunction with the site <br />grading unless approved by the City Engineer. <br />38. The project shall be subject to the "Standard Conditions of <br />Approval" except Conditions No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 29, 31, <br />50, 55 and 56. <br />(pud8515.m11) <br />S/11/88 <br />
