CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1380 <br />APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY AND TIMM, INC., FOR DEVEIAPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL FOR A 95 PARCEL RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 262 <br />ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD <br />APPROXIMATELY 3100 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION <br />OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD (PUD-85-15-2D) <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction Company and Timm, Inc. applied <br />for development plan approval for construction of <br />a 95 parcel residential project to be located on an <br />approximately 262 acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road approximately 3100 feet south <br />of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared for the preliminary development <br />plan for the project and no new information has <br />arisen nor have significant changes to the project <br />been made; and <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation for approval of the <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on <br />August 16, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this <br />development plan is consistent with the preliminary <br />development plan, purposes of the PUD District, and <br />the goals and policies of the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of <br />a 95 parcel residential project to be located on an <br />approximately 262 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road approximately 3100 feet south of the <br />intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road, subject <br />to the conditions on Exhibit "A " attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein. <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be ubli h d <br />p s e once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br />Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br />
