CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1380 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND TIMM, INC., FOR DEVEIAPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 95 PARCEL RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 262 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD APPROXIMATELY 3100 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD (PUD-85-15-2D) WHEREAS, Currin Construction Company and Timm, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construction of a 95 parcel residential project to be located on an approximately 262 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 3100 feet south of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared for the preliminary development plan for the project and no new information has arisen nor have significant changes to the project been made; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 16, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the preliminary development plan, purposes of the PUD District, and the goals and policies of the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 95 parcel residential project to be located on an approximately 262 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 3100 feet south of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A " attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall be ubli h d p s e once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
