PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-109 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5988, THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />KOTTINGER GROUP <br />WHEREAS, the Kottinger Group has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 13,000 sq. ft. site into five units for <br />residential condominium purposes and one parcel for <br />common ownership located at 1139 Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2500 (Multiple-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 26, <br />1988, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />Tract 5988 conforms to the zoning for the subject <br />property and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved for the development <br />plans for the subject site. Subdivision of the property <br />was included within the scope of the environmental <br />documents. Therefore, no new environmental document <br />accompanies this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5988, the application of The Kottinger <br />Group to subdivide an approximately 13,000 sq. ft. site <br />located at 1139 Kottinger Drive into five units for <br />residential condominium purposes and one parcel for <br />common ownership subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Tract Map 5988 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the developer shall widen the proposed 14' <br />driveway to 20' with the final design to be <br />submitted for review and approval of the City <br />Engineer prior to the recordation of the final <br />map. <br />
